Kurt Muller is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and investor with 20 years' experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses. Born in South Africa and shaped by a culture that prizes leadership, strategy, and community — values he carries into every partnership he forms.

Kurt has owned and led Canadian companies with approximately 200 employees and $50M in annual revenue, which includes scaling a business 1,000% in 8 years. He has created more than $100 million in shareholder value through business growth, successful exits and strategic investments across diversified asset classes. He built and sold a multi-location retail business early in his career — a signal of the entrepreneurial drive that has defined his trajectory ever since.

Recognized as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year finalist in 2018, a former Big 4 Management Consultant, and a Canadian CPA who achieved the top score on national exams, Kurt brings rare depth: the financial rigour of a seasoned Finance Professional, the instincts of a lifelong operator, and the network of someone who has been in the room at every stage of the business lifecycle.

Personally involved in every deal, but also bringing with him specialists within his vast network who can inject immediate value into businesses. The word Induna comes from the isiZulu language of Southern Africa — the language of the Zulu people, one of the continent's most storied nations of leaders, warriors, and strategists. In Zulu tradition, an Induna was no ordinary figure. The title was reserved for those appointed directly by the king: senior advisors, commanders, and ambassadors who served as the bridge between the people and those in power.

Our founder, Kurt Muller, was born in South Africa — where this legacy of leadership took root. The word he chose for this firm is not decorative. It is a declaration of intent: to advise with wisdom, to lead with discipline, and to build lasting partnerships grounded in trust and shared success.
